They don't aim for repeat business, the goal is to sting everybody once with frozen burgers and McCain fish sticks advertised as home made and English fish and chips. Over priced and poor value as stated by my stressed out server after I asked why there was only one thin dried up piece of bacon on untoasted dry white bread that was served to me as Pea meal on a Kaiser.
