Testimonials...
"Glenna. I have enjoyed your classes immensely. Your relaxed teaching style makes learning a pleasure." Mary S.
"Your cooking classes are the highlight of my week." Gertie
"Last night I hosted a dinner party. This time I combined the sesame chicken with soft goat cheese pucks coated in crushed almonds, served on greens with a rosemary and thyme balsamic vinaigrette. Blew them away. No one can believe I picked all this up in just a few classes. Thanks." Dave

The instructors
Glenna Rebick has spent twenty-five years in the food business with her husband, Alvin. Their current restaurant, Bistro Six, is presently Guelph's only listing in Where to Eat in Canada. Together they have written two cookbooks, most recently
Bistro: Trade Secrets from a Life in Food.
Meredith Adolph learned to cook while she was midway through her degree in Creative Writing, and later spent a year of study in the Chef Training Program at George Brown College. Since then she has spent the better part of a decade cooking in a variety of places, from Toronto's financial district to the backcountry of the Alberta Rockies.
