A small storefront restaurant on the Kimberley pedestrian mall. There is a model train that runs on the ceiling in the restaurant. Don't be surprised to see chef Bernard out front in the Platzl, wooing customers inside. The international menu ranges from German and Thai to Cajun. Foodinc Reviews " I had the pleasure to visit Bernard and his staff this summer. we had lunch and we were very impressed by the food and the price. We both had lunch for under $20!! Bernard even came and said "Hi to us". With the restaurant so very busy the staff was very professional and the food was second to none. Any negative reviews of this restaurant are no doubt coming from jealous neighbouring restaurants that are upset they cannot keep up to the traffic flow of the clientel that Bernard has built up over the years of quality service and food.
