The heart of the hammer cafe serves specialty coffees and other beverages as well as sandwiches and our daily gourmet soups. We are about quality ingredients, using local wherever possible and minimizing our impact on the environment by recycling, composting and making choices that reflect these values. There is more to our cafe than food, though. In the heart of the hammer you will find a friendly community that values and promotes local artistry (with monthly art exhibits and thursday night musical performances), a place to meet for business and social reasons, and a place to network with others from the neighbourhood. |
