Their daily changing menu of meticulously prepared fresh food, starting with freshly made daily soups, or smoked salmon trout crepes in a tarragon cream sauce moving to seared scallops and shrimp with a mango papaya salsa, or veal ternderloin in a green peppercorn glaze, through to their spectacular desserts of fresh creme brule, lemon tart, or dark chocolate ganache cake leaves one wanting to come back the next day.
