La Gueule de Bois is the premier dining location in the region. Primarily a steakhouse, it turns into a supper club on Thursdays and Saturdays. The beef served is all certified angus beef and is aged for a minimum of 35 days. It's the highest standard in the country, only 4% of angus beef meets the criteras. |
