Kristoria offers an elegant and romantic atmosphere for fine dining. Head chef/co-owner victoria blow is a graduate of le cordon bleu culinary academy and is dedicated to using the freshest seasonal ingredients to create original dishes, while staying true to classical french technique. Foodinc Reviews "The Kristoria is a spectacular value in fine dining. Expect to pay $40 or $60 per person for food and wine that might easily be served at another upscale restaurant for $100.... four-star dining at three-star prices, I tell my friends. The decor is clean and rich, with strong, stylish colour rather than the more classical ‘fancy’ look of an upscale restaurant. The service was very friendly - responding with real enthusiasm to the very apparent love of food my diner guests & I expressed. Two of the three times I've dined there I received in addition to my ordered appetizer and main an amuse-guelle (a pre-appetizer, let's say) and another bite-sized plate as well (post-appetizer?), compliments of the chef… five courses for the price of three. Ideal for a fancy date or a celebration of any kind, I believe this restaurant is the best deal in fine dining in the tri-city area. My compliments to everyone at Kristoria.
