Dinky dawgs are created from free range farm raised organic grass fed swine and cattle in the fraser valley. They are then sent to our processing facility in north Vancouver. This is where the true magic happens. There they season the meats using a home blend of herbs and spices. They use only natural casings on all our dawgs, zero hormones or nitrates & smoke them for roughly 7 days. Each dawg is customized for us at a specific weight of 107 grams per dawg. They arrive cooked to our shop 3 times a week, fresh and refrigerated - never frozen. You are eating the finest organically smoked steamed wieners in all of british columbia. That's my dawg!. |
