bistro the bistro is a creation that came to joan and gary rideout many years ago and is a natural extension of the experince now known as the old mill ruins. Chef trevor rideout (son) maintains a healthy variety of newfoundland cuisine with a southern flare of menu choices with very interesting appeal. Kendra rideout (trevor's wife) manages and hosts the front end for a truely elegant dining experience in a heritage style retrofitted dining room. . . They say there is nothing in the area to compare to. |
