The “sweet heat scallops” which feature cajun marinated scallops wrapped with sweet pineapple and smoked bacon, dusted with a dark belgium chocolate is an example of the delicate yet balanced dishes you can expect at the watermark. Chef dan has a passion for using the best local produce and meats. Seasonal fare will be a staple on the menu and as the seasons change the menu will reflect the change as well.
