	This is one of the finest restaurants in Nanaimo. The service & food is incredible with a great ambience. Make sure you have reservations as this place can get quite busy during the peak holiday times.

	This is a tiny floating fish & chop shop located on the docks in downtown Nanaimo. It is only open during the summer months and weather permitting. Enjoyed the fish & chips, but it's the atmosphere that's the best here.

	This is a fabulous little restaurant with excellent service. The food is just delicious. This restaurant you order by the menu, the other location at 6359 Hammond Bay Road offers a great buffet. Food is a bit pricey, but worth it.

	This is a great restaurant with a good atmosphere. Popular with familes and young people alike. There's a bar area as well to watch your favorite sports game. It can get quite busy at dinner time.

	I give this a high rating for it's location! This lighthouse shaped restaurant is actually built over top of the ocean right on the walkway in downtown Nanaimo. Their is also a pub upstairs as well.

	The Keg has always been a very popular place and is widely known for their delicious steak & seafood. Since it's been re-built they have taken advantage of the beautiful view of downtown Nanaimo and the ocean, so ask for a booth with a view.

	This is one of the best places in Nanaimo for great Chinese food. It is extremely popular, so get there early for dinner.

	This is the best little Mexican Restaurant in Nanaimo! It's an old converted house built on a cliff in downtown Nanaimo painted bright pink. Their moto is "It's a tacky but friendly place." You must get there early for dinner as it gets very busy! Excellent food and great value.

	This is a must to visit if you're in Nanaimo. It's actually a floating pub located on Protection Island with beautiful views of downtown Nanaimo. There is a small ferry service from Nanaimo to Protection Island and it's so worth it. Try "Sex in a Dinghy" for dessert!
