	First of all, coming from someone who is used to fine dining in Vancouver, I want to say the food was quite good -- good flavors! Obviously, others agree with me as the restaurant was full! However, to have such a restaurant (casual but bordering on fine dining) and a poor wine list is a shame. Besides the quality of the wines on the list, my husband (who has been in the import wine business for almost 20 years) and I noticed AT LEAST 10 SPELLING MISTAKES ON THE WINE LIST! (and the list only contained about 10 to 15 entries). I would like to know what Mr. Paliotti thinks about this. EMAIL ME: GDOORMAN@QUORUMLAW.COM.
