	This is a different sort of place. Not for everyone, but worth a try. They often have some very interesting dishes that you won't find just anywhere. Also known for some good live jazz.

	Very good seafood. This is a good place to take visiting friends and relatives for the food and the waterside view. I have enjoyed several meals here and look forward to going again.

	Generally very good food and service. Average prices. Decor is a bit ordinary, but is quiet and easy to talk there. I have always left feeling satisfied.

	Typical swill palace. Food is just something to chew between glasses of watery draft beer. Loud and annoying live acts a speciality. Definately a 'student' quality place.

	Best sushi in Halifax, no question (and when they are not open, their second location at Spring Garden Place Mall, Ko Doraqu, has the same excellent food, although the food court atmoshpere is not as nice as at Doraqu).

	The resturant cold use a bit of a face lift, but the food and service have always been very good. You pay for it, but it's generally worth it.

	Typical Atlantic "Downhome" style family resturant. Inexpensive and generous portions, but the quality can vary. Popular with my penny pinching father-in-law ;)

	It's an interesting place and when they are "on" it can be very good, but sometimes just so-so. It'a a popular spot, though sometimes it seems to get too busy for it's own good. I have found it is better on the off peak hours.

	Popular and consistant. I always have the souvlaki (pork chicken or beef), greek salad, rice, and for dessert the rice pudding. I can't comment on the other menu items, but most people seem satisfied and they have a large number of regulars. It can get very busy there, but the staff is usually hard working and friendly.

	Seeme to be more about volume of food than quality of food. Popular with big eaters and late night drinkers. Generally average with big servings.

	I have eaten at this resturant three or four times now and the food is authentic and consistantly delicious. The resturant is small and cozy, the staff atentive but not intrusive. I will return again and again. One of my favourites in Halifax.
