	Ownership changed this fall and the quality of the food has declined. We were there and the fresh flowers are gone and many items on the menu were not currently available. Due to unavailability of crab, we agreed to substitute chicken yet were still charged the higher amount (it is only a matter of a dollar but it says a lot). We will probably give it a chance again in a month or so but it looks like this Oakville landmark is sinking.

	Great place for lunch buffet. It is a nice quiet lunch space with class right by Square One.

	This place wants your business. The staff is outstanding. It is so hard to believe how good they are that I kept expecting a hiddent camera tv show. The food, ribs and brucchetta, are great. Love the Muskoka chairs on the patio.

	The atmosphere and the staff make this place a great place to relax and have a drink with friends. The food is disappointment and the washrooms are clean when the place is empty but as the bar get busy little is done to keep them clean.

	Awesome food. If you want great Italian this is where to go. The atmsophere is great. The bread and oil is wonderful. You can order off the menu. Wine selection is stong. Take the person who is never satisfied here.

	Great place especially for lunch. The staff are friendly and the food is tasty. It is not too spicy and there is no wait since it is buffet. Good location behind Sussex Centre

	Generous portions at a good price. I have eaten there many times but have had a couple of people tell me that the food disagreed with them (time spent with toilet).

	Good Dim Sum. Quick and easy to stop in at. Not outstanding but acceptable for the price.

	Now that is the way to do desserts. Fun place. Great creative desserts. The perfect spot to go after a movie or on the way home from somewhere.

	I love going to Denny's in the USA because you get good value, good food, and good portions. At this location, the breakfast was not very good at all and there wasn't much of it. If the food doesn't taste good or look appealing then it is not good value. That was my one and only stop at the Dennys.

	The lettuce was brown. The staff actually tried to convince me that salad is supposed to be white and brown. This location doesn't participate in some of the DQ coupons so you go there buy something can't use a coupon, feel ripped off and then never come back.

	Food is awful! Have eaten there three time and it lacks taste and often seems to have been pre made. You will want to ensure that person paying is not inside the booth because there are never enough staff on hand to be flagged down to get the bill. It used to be extremely smokey but I haven't been back since the non-smoking policy. Its location is good if you are going for a beer but if you are hungry look elsewhere.

	Below average. Was suggested to us a good spot for quick food. The food was bland. The service ok. The atmsophere needs to be upgraded. Haven't been back.

	Truly AMERICAN. If you like cheese on everything and no real spice. Staff was friendly and atmsophere good. They have a cheap beer night which is nice. Tuesday I think.
