	This review is for Tim's on Homer Watson close to 401 in Kitchener. Sat Sep 2, ---2pm The staff was so unorganized---they took our orders then were out of what we ordered. No chili left, no ckicken left.....Donut trays were 1/3 full.. I realize it is a busy place but come on----they should have realized before we gave the order they were out of some things. They even screwed up our coffee order......... It took 10 minutes to get a soup and roll (no butter) and 2 cookies that were not what I ordered neither.....DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!

	Arrived at 1:30 pm and waited in lobby to be seated for 7 min. We were the only ones waiting. The greeter lady looked at us from the bar about 5 times before she came to seat us. We were put at a table with only a knife and napkin. We waited another 15 min. for the waitress to take order. Then we waited another 20 min. for salad. And then another 10 min. for lunch to come. It looked like there was only one waitress working the whole place. Food was worth waiting for, but waiting times was not.

	MARTINI'S IN THE CHARCOAL. Noisy and loud music. Waited 45 min. for meals to arrive. Waitress gave us dessert menu but never came back. Did not ask if we wanted coffee.. We had to ask her. Food was just warm even on the cool side when it came. I think it is a bit over priced for what you get.

	Went for Mothers day. Was surprised to see what I think are new management/owners.. The food was buffet---not too bad. The place could really use a decore change. The chairs are worn and dirty. The wall paper is from the 50's. This kinda turns you off. Closed Sunday and Monday.

	For a fish place, everything was deep fried from frozen. The fillets were frozen and the scallops were small and very greasy. When I cut in to them (7) the grease flew out at me. The fries were not so bad. The cole slaw was in a paper tiny cup and it was wet. Always wanted to try this place but not ever again. Just a greasy spoon.

	The service is good but you wait and wait for your order. Today it was over 30 minutes and we were the only ones in there at 2:30 PM. The place could really use a update and a good cleaning too. The carpet was dirty and worn and we noticed food and dirt under the tables. Some of the tables and chairs are scratched and need to be refinished. In all, we were very happy with the food, but not with the decor and cleanliness . The bottle of soya and the advertising of the desserts ect. on the table needed to be wiped too. The plastic holder at our table had ketchup on it. UGH!!! The womens washroom was clean but I think it could use an update too. Also there was no soap in the dispenser and the paper towel thing would not give more than one small sheet. We usually go here every couple months but today will be our last.

	I am writing about the Caseys at the Sunrise center on Ottawa at Fisher Hallman. Have been there 3 times and 3 times not very happy. This last time was the last time!!!! the lunch trio was soup, salad and half sandwich. The soup was chicken noodle, very good, the salad was ceasar---very bitter and not much flavor. The sandwich bread was taosted way to much and hard on the ends. It fell apart when eating it. UGH!!! The prices are a bit high. My meal with a diet pepsi, and sample chocolate brownie dessert (1.99) came to $15.75

	The Godfather ---meatballs on a hoagie---was the worst tasting meat I ever ate. It was It was from frozen not fresh meat It had a DIFFERENT taste. Not liking frozen meat balls or prepared meatballs this was disgusting to me. I will ask from now on. I do like the cole slaw though. The choice was fries or slaw. Take the slaw!!!!

	Have been going to this place for years and not a complaint, but, our recent visit every table needed to have dishes cleaned off. We sat down and waited and took about 5 minutes for that to happen to our table. However all the other tables sat dirty until some one sat down. I think they should be cleaned a s soon as they are empty. It was really disgusting looking at all the dirty dishes around us.

	The place is dirty and the dishes were too. There was food all over the carpet and the table was wiped with a very dirty cloth. UGH!!! Years ago this was the place to go but not anymore. The fries were so greasy and the sandwich I had was just gross. Did not eat it but I could not complain because the place was so busy and I could not get the waiters attention. Will never return.

	The soup was just warm and the prime rib shaved on a hoagie was left over from last night I presume. Very expensive and this was all I got for around $10.00---it is pay alot get a little place. Very limited lunch menu. Just about every thing has onion or garlic.

	Twice I went through the drive thru and ordered salad with house dressing. When I got to work there was no dressing. I called and they said they would send me a note for a free salad. That was 2 weeks ago. No note. Very disappointed. Lots of other fast food places to give my business too.

	We were there at 6:30 on a Sat. nite. It was not busy. We waited for waitress to take order 20 min. I went to washroom---FILTHY--- The sald was watery and the chicken cordon was soggy and terrible gravy. The mashed potatoes were dry but real potatoes. I heard alot of people go here but WHY!!!!!!!

	The server was disorganized and it took forever to get our food. When we did it was dried out (the nochos) and unedible. The ribs were actually rotten. They smelled terrible. This used to be the place on a Friday but never again.
