| Thursday, 3/23/06, my son Sean called and ordered a pizza for delivery. After 2 hours he called back. They apologized-stating they did not deliver. 2 hours later. And they had his number. why did they not call him back? He was issued a credit of $16. Friday we were drivng home, and he called and said he'd pick up. The store said they delivered. We got home, and they called this time. Guess what. No delivery. I called and spoke with Jo-anne, a supervisor. She made promises. Saturday we called and said we'd pick up. We'd go to Pape where we were advised to. The operator said the credit would be applied. The store clerk "Jimmy" did not honor the credit. My son had to pay the full amount. Why is this company allowed to play games like this? | ||||||
