| Took them until we'd almost finished our (HOT)appetizer before they told us they didn't have the sausage for my husband's order. Server argued with me stating it wasn't unusual for the kitchen to be out of an item and not know it (not to mention the fact it took well over 20 minutes for them to tell us). Asked to speak to manager but the manager never bothered to come by. My husband's alternate dinner order came cold. No server ever came by to ask if all was okay so he had to take it up to the bar himself to have them reheat it. Took them well over 10 minutes to come take my husbands reorder during which time they dropped off my onion rings (why? I don't know) and they didn't bring the wings I ordered until my husband's dinner was ready (by that time the onion rings were cold). The owner must have all the customers he needs because he just lost two. My original comments were much more detailed but I was unable to post. This is the condensed version of the unpleasant experience. | ||||||
