1 | Fri Oct 27 17:04:50 2006 | Anonymous | 7.40 | The service was excellent - as usual! I just recall their food tasting much better when I was younger. The menu is lacking in variety, limiting the diner to choose typical Canadian-Chinese cuisine. My companions and I ordered deep fried won tons, an egg roll, and the dinner for 3 which came with chicken chow mein, beef chop suey, fried rice, sweet&sour spare ribs, and pineapple chicken balls. The food was fairly good, it was just lacking in intense flavour. The chicken balls are not recommended as the sauce is severely lacking in flavour. We had to add sweet and sour sauce and soya sauce in order to make them taste good. The chow mein and chop suey tasted way better as leftovers the next day. |
