1 | Wed Aug 8 17:17:11 2007 | Anonymous | 6.60 | I went on a Sunday evening during the nearby Folk Festival. It was busy and noisy, so we had a table of seven, and I couldn't hear the other end of the table from the end I was sitting at. The server was talkative, friendly, upbeat. I never had to wait too long to get service at my table when I needed it because I think they have a good server table ratio. They were out of vegetarian chicken, but it's nice that they have so many menu items that you can opt to make vegetarian (they use fake meat - chicken, beef). My chicken souvlaki (with real chicken) was very bland. The fries (skinny, crispy) that came with it were good. The best part was the apple pastry dessert- it might be called apple pie on the menu. It's soooo good, including the maple ice cream that comes with it. It's enough to share between four people if you're going light on dessert. |
