I inquired about the maple teriyaki salmon, which our server (also owner/manager I think) recommended and said was one of their most popular dishes. I had mentioned that I was not a huge fan of teriyaki, but ordered it. What arrived was the very best piece of fish (of any variety) that I have ever eaten anywhere at any time! It was served with a mango/tomato salsa, and the server said that they had improvised on the marinade because of my comment about the teriyaki. My fiance had ordered barbequed ribs, which could not even be handled by a fork, as they were so tender. The portion but Fred Flintstone's brontosaurus ribs to shame! Fabulous food, hospitable and nice decor. I wish there was a Quarry in my town! |
