There is a small non smoking area but it is in the back and the smoke still fills the entire restaurant. They would do well to make it completely non-smoking or have the smoking area in an enclosure. Once you find your way past the smoke haze to your seat, you will note a toy train track that is suspended from the ceiling. It is a good diversion for the little ones, a bit of a novelty. Food-wise, it is primarily the breakfasts that the place is known for. The flapjacks and waffles are great, as is their omelettes. For lunch, the burgers and fries are very good. I recommend the chicken teriyaki burger, easy on the sauce. Their salads are not worth the effort, and their is very limited items if you choose to eat "healthy". Service is often slow and the servers crabby. Perhaps more staff are needed in the busy summer season. |
