On two separate occasions with two different waitresses we had a horrible experience. BOTH times our orders never made it to the window. One ended up BEHIND the counter and the other did not get submitted until much later because the waitress forgot. BOTH waitresses including the managers & the General Manager all gave lip service. The General Manager said "welcome to the food industry". How sad!! I know this location is privately owned and it makes us wonder how the owners will respond once we get in touch with them?? I certainly hope it is not more lip service. C'mon guys!!! |
