I used to spend around $25-30 once a month-but they will never see my money again.My story is a sad one, really.Their complete lack of customer service is absolutely pathetic.They were completely unwilling to change my order which was wrong due to miscommunication (and of course this would have resulted in a whopping, lets say, $0.50 net loss!).I was so disgusted with them,that I left it there (and no,they were not trying to save me as a customer-in afct, her response to me was a snotty "thanks").I returned back home,got the rest of the meal (valued at only $15.00),and drove back to Aunt Marys:I gave them back the rest of the food.Again,the response was "thanks"-absolutely no attempt to fix the problem.I was completely disgusted with this situation.The only good thing that came out of this is that i am able to warn others.I strongly urge consumers not to give aunt marys any service (lesson to you aunt mary: what goes around, comes around...).After that,we went to Swiss Chalet and had a lovely dinner.Thanks.Hope you found this helpful. |
