| 1 | Thu Mar 15 08:26:42 2007 | Anonymous | 2.40 | I'm not sure if the Coffee Mill is under the same name as Ringo's, If it is.....I would like to make a complaint......I drove through the drive through this morning and my husband placed our order and the girls at the takeout window didn't listen to a word he said.....he ordered a double, double and a large tea with one cream and what did we get....well he got a triple, triple and I got a coffee as well. He told them that he wanted a double double but then he said that was ok. Then they dropped the take out window down an I blew the horn and told them I wanted a tea with one cream NOT a coffee and they took back the coffee and gave me a tea. Once I got to my destination, I started to drink my tea with one cream and low and behold they put sugar in the tea as well. The girls are not paying attention to what you are ordering. They have the window not completely open and they can't hear what you are telling them. This is not the first time that we had problems at the take out window. I am frustrated paying for things and not get what I asked for. It is not that difficult to take and order at the window and listen to the customer what he or she would like. |
