The bar waitress was excellent but the waitress for our food was not. We had to wait over 45 minutes before she cam to take our orders, plus a long wait for our food. We ordered the finger food plate and was very disppointed because for $10.95 I could have gone to Frenettes to get a bag of onion rings, only 2 chickec wings, 2 chicken strips. I also ordered a 1/2 turkey club and didn't enjoy it. I left have my plate there because I expected turkey meat in my club an dnot a turkey salad. Spent close to $20.00 and we as a group were all disappointed for the overall service and the food. Because of this terrible service no tips were left. And we then asked the waitress to speak to a Manager he then came but was of no help because he says that he's not the manager and would have to speak to the owner/manager about our complaint. I know everybody is entitled to a day off but when you leave someone in charge they are to assume full responsibility of what goes wrong. Carole Gagnon |
