Her demeanor was pleasant and she was apologetic for circumstances beyond her control. The open salad bar was simple but effective as all items were very fresh and the veggies crisp. The mussels were`exceptional, served nicely steamed with both a marinara and a garlic butter dippers and the Seafood fettuccine au Gratin was very flavorful with lots of mixed seafood (lobster, shrimp, scallops and crab with what tasted like home made noodles. Coffee was typical (better than fast food) and the dessert Cappuccino cake was excellent. The restaurant has nice decor but is overly bright. The lights were dimmed about 9:30 which added to what could be a great atmosphere if they were dimmed earlier. They could also add background music (if it was there we could not hear it. This was a very enjoyable 3 hr meal. Very busy restaurant, but never were we or anyone else ever rushed. Highly recommend for a great dining experience. |
