We ordered a $10 order, they brought a $25 order and guilted my husband into taking it, and charged him after saying "We'll fix that up for you". I filled out a complaint card, but guess what?? You fill it out and hand it to the person you just complained about. Did she maybe throw it away after I left? Totally possible. That is totally unacceptable and unrealistic for complaint procedures.
