The chef used to work in restaurants in Hong Kong before moving to Canada and settling in the Parkhill, Ontario restaurant. I have been going there for over 10 years. The food is outstanding. Try the Guy Ding, the chicken is so tender and vegetables still crisp with lots of whole almonds. His spring rolls have what I believe is pork base with few vegetables, and they are wonderful. His Honey Garlic Spareribs are still crisp skinned even in the sauce and tender inside. I really like the Steak Kew which is tenderloin in a sweet and sour sauce with different coloured peppers. I whole heartily recommend this restaurant. A real treat is the buffet for lunch on Friday and for Dinner on Saturday. |
