We ordered a tempura appetizer and we must be spoiled, having lived in Toronto, because the batter on our tempura was less than desirable. The portion size was generous enough but we just weren't impressed. The sashimi was just okay. It was not as fresh as we'd have liked. If sushi and sashimi aren't of the best quality and super fresh, you don't see us again. We had also hoped for a japanese chef and were disappointed there wasn't one. The service was friendly but there were just too many strikes against this restaurant to see us visit again. |
