Chef Rabih is ammazing at what he does. The menu he suggested for us was fabulous, and when it came down to the exsecution of that master piece, it was fenomenal. Just to list a few things that we had which were delightful. Fresh Oysters Rockefellar with Swiss Parmesan Cheese and fresh ground pepper, fresh Lamb shanks with his superb special Sauce, a lovely and delightful Brie en croute with a pineaple and orange coulit which was breath taking, just to name a couple of things, and a desert, Poached Pears in a caramel sauce. All I can Say is that Chef Rabih will be hearing from us again, cause it will be a pleasure, nay our honor to have him cater our next party. Thank you Chef Rabih, |
