We were allowed to go inside to speak to the manager, Anne, who offered us a gift certificate. We declined that as what we wanted was to sit down and have a nice meal with our family and believed reservations would guarantee this. Apparently this is not so with the Black Trumpet restaurant of London. Hence, I can only rate this restaurant as the worst, given its lack of consideration payed to its patrons. A score of "1" (WORST) overall! |
