This landmark at the English Bay end of Denman Street provides all-you-can-eat sushi, sashimi, gyoza, tempura and many others! I did not need to make a reservation either of the times I went, although once was quite early (around 11 AM) and once was rather late (after 9 PM). The service was extremely quick and attentive. Both times, I picked up the tap for two. We ate the best Japanese food I've ever had - and the tab was under $50.00 both times! Gorge yourself on melt-in-your mouth sashimi and artistically pleasing sushi until the cows come home! After you're done, take a walk in Stanley Park..it's just around the corner. I should mention that I live in Winnipeg and not Vancouver. I've only been there to visit twice...if I lived in Vancouver, I'd be eating here at least once a week! |
