The first incident was when the waitress accidentally spilled 3 glasses of icewater down my back and soaked my sweater, shirt, pants and chair. She did apologize and said "at least it's only water." The manager did not attend our table to offer any type of apology or comp. Secondly, after our waitress had gone around the entire table and had taken our orders one by one, 3 of us did not get our meals at the same time as the rest of the group. Unknown if it's because the kitchen overlooked the orders or the waitress did not inform them. Our orders finally came just as the majority of our group were finishing theirs. Lastly, the bill. After all I had experienced, they saw fit to reduce my bill by a mere 10% with no comp offer. They apprently do not need our business. Needless to say, with that type of service, none of us will be returning. The food wasn't bad. |
