He is absolutely the rudest man I have ever met it my life. He has no idea what costumer service means and it should be illegal for people like that to own businesses in our city. I was made to feel like I wasn’t good enough to eat his leftovers. I was totally disgusted by his behaviour and I don’t feel that this restaurant deserves to be amongst the great restaurants on Preston. Generally, when a costumer is unhappy with what is going on the manager should assist to diffuse the situation not make it worse. If a table is unhappy with their waiter the manager should offer to send another server or just do it to avoid unnecessary tension. If you want to do something nice for the costumers you don't ask them if they want it done you just do it. Once the people get what they need an effort should be made to ensure that everything is OK. My entire situation could have been almost entirely avoided by the simple acknowledgement that my food was not ready and the rest of my table was three quarters finished. Making excuses and passes the blame onto other people just makes the situation 100% worse. |
