| 1 | Tue Aug 14 21:49:03 2007 | Anonymous | 5.00 | Imagine, chosing to bring the family for a birthday dinner, ordering a steak which includes french bread (clearly written in both languages on the menu)and being told they will not provide a piece of bread (worth a nickel), although it is indicated on their menu, becuse the dining room managers say no. Spend well over $100 plus order a bottle of wine, and they can't include a piece of bread which their menu (and they acknowledge this)says come with the meal!!! When leaving, I asked the manager why she did not have the latitude to send a piece of bread, and she replied: the St-Hubert policy says we don't serve the bread with the 5 oz steak (but their menu says it is included), only with the larger steak! So the title of manager does not come with such a minuscule anount of latitude... How to lose customers the St-Hubert way!!! If stupidity had an icon, it would be this restaurant. JP |
