At around 3:00PM my son wanted a sub from Subway. He is a picky eater and that is why we choose Subway. We usually order the same thing all the time...The Sub that he orders is ham and pepperoni, it's the only thing he likes. We then tried to order this at this Subway store #11432. The gentleman which was very nice was trying to fill our order when this young lady told him "no we do not do that sub, we will get in trouble."I then said to her we have never 'NOT' been able to order what my son wants at a Subway Fast Food before..why this problem now..She then said "we will get in trouble"..I said, "Fine may I please speak to the manager"..the manager came out and then said yes no problem with the sub...She was fine and a great help... number one problem at this place..no one had name tags therefore I can not tell you any of the names but I can surely point two of them out.. I didn't like the way she approached us with this" you can't have that one sub here"..purely unprofessional and the faces she was making to us ..wow..very childish to say the least. I work closely with a dentist and if I ever said something negativity to a patient I would not be working today. I know these are young people but they have to be told what to say to customers..it left me with a very "bad taste" of your staff at this particular location therefore, we will NEVER be returning to this one location..I have never had any problems with any of the other locations ...why this one I have no idea.
