It is so wonderful to meet enthusiastic, competent and passionate people enjoying what they do. The fettachini with herbs and a perfectly done steak will bring me back. May I suggest that your closing hours might be extended - 7:00 p.m. is a tad early for many people - particularly those that don't think about going out before at least 7:30 or 8:00 p.m. As it turned out several people came after 7 and were graciously invited to come in as Cindy mentioned what special things she could whip up. Almost felt like being in a Newfoundland kitchen as the 6 guests chatted and got to know each other. These evenings anywhere are special but the tone has to be set - you are fortunate to have Cindy and Elaine. All the best and hope you become busier and busier over dinner. |
