1 | Tue Jul 25 20:16:50 2006 | Chickster | 3.00 | a friend of mine worked there and said it was pretty dirty in the back. homemade salsa is made with unwawhed veggies and peppers. ate there on a not so busy night and waited half an hour for drinks. at the end we were served by five different servers. very annoying. waited for refills, napkins, our leftovers to be packaged up. |
2 | Tue Jul 13 19:48:47 2004 | greenhawk | 7.80 | The quality of the food here varies frowm week to week and I can say this since I've been eating there weekly for four years. Some days, the salsa is fresh and flavourful, while other days it is like tomato sauce. Some days, the fajita platter is loaded with sizzling meat, onions and peppers, while others, you're lucky to see a slice of pepper or a cooked onion. Servers are always pleasant and accommodating, but they don't tell you that the extras they offer (toppings, sides, extra sour cream) are gonna cost you more than you'd expect. If you like tex-mex, this is your only choice in town. Usually it's a good one. |
