Our order was given to another customer and we had to wait longer. Two staff members were serving, off duty, no uniform, no hair net or hat. Apparently they were not on duty but they were helping out. What amazed me was a female staff member was sitting watching while the two young men served who were not on duty. The young man apologized for the delay and made us a fresh order and gave us a free ice cream. He was a very nice young man...he was not on duty...just helping out. We had our meal there last night (June 9th). The meal itself was great, but the young staff leave alot to be desired. Thank You Heather Keats/Darlene Jacobs P.O.
