Most so-called Mexican restaurants (including others in Whitehorse) are heavily influenced by us Gringos, but not Sanchez. Otelina cooks everything herself from fresh and imported ingredients (which she also sells, along with Mexican beer and other beverages), and the service is great. Sanchez is one of my favorite restaurants - anywhere - and it's pure serendipity in Whitehorse! |
