She never smiled at all during our stay. We waited a long time for our food, people who came in after us had received their food and were eating, we were still waiting. My husbands food arrives, I am STILL waiting. In the middle of his meal, the waitress comes over to me and says they BURNED my FOOD, and they were preparing a new meal. Meanwhile, my husband is almost done. I give her a look, and she says she will see if I can get my meal for free. Later she comes back and states that her manager said we didn't have to pay the tax. I couldn't get my meal for free. Not that I would eat it there, I would have left with it. That was it, like $3 off for waiting 45 minutes. I don't think so. We didn't come out to a restaurant to take turns watching each other eat. I say ok, but then I went up to cancel my order and left. I will never go back. |
