Upon being seated we were never acknowledged by a waitress. The restaurant was not very busy. The hostess past us several times in the duration of fifteen minutes and never said anything to us nor did she indicate that a waiter/waitress would serve us soon. We attempted to get the hostess’ attention, but we were repeatedly ignored by her. At 215pm we gave up, for we were invisible to your staff, and left the restaurant. Shortly afterwards we visited a competitor very close to your establishment. We were warmly greeted and approached by a waitress within 2 minutes. We were served our meal within 10 minutes. The competition is superior and it is obvious that a service culture is seriously lacking in your establishment. I have worked as a manager in the hospitality industry and know full well that such an experience warrants an apology because of the lack of respect we were given by your staff. I think this is something it should consider implementing in their menus as the the vegan/vegetarian population is growing. It is otherwise very tasty food. The pizzas are delicious. |
