Despite having booked a table for my wifes birthday the week before and had done nearly every year for 5 years running for 8 people, when we show up on time we apparently didn't have a registration. We were told you were supposed to be here yesterday. I'm sure I wouldn't have done that given that. They did make room and it wasn't a big deal because they weren't full. But rather than accept the customer is always right ... I was left with the impression that service was slow in order to punish us in some way. Consequently we have never been back. Too bad because they actually have a good menu and decent food. |
