We ordered salads and bruchetta - they came to us with the bruchetta barely cooked,lack luster in taste and the salads tasted as if they had sat for several days (definetly not fresh). After deciding we would leave, we were presented with the bill for our drinks and starters, no problem. The manager then walked over with the worst attitude I have ever seen from managerial staff, "so I hear you didn't like your food" and commanded that we stayed rather than convincing us to give it another try, he then shouted at us that "how dare we leave the restaurant and that the food (not fresh and overly moist) was the best there was around and that our expectations were too high." Fresh food is not an expectation for a restaraunt, it is a necessity. |
