Our waiter was very attentive at the beginning when he kept bugging us to order our food. Then, after our food arrived he did not once ask how the meal was. The only time he came back was to take our plates away, and from that time on, we waited an hour for him to come back-I timed it! Never once we were offered anything else, and he continually walked past our table. We finally had to ask for our bill. A waiter/waitress should be checking how your food is, replenishing your drinks, and overall attending to the customer. This was my first and last time ever visiting an Alice Fazooli's. Bottom line, waiters need to be careful-you never know who you are serving! |
