| 1 | Thu Jun 2 21:57:23 2005 | kfch8tr | 2.60 | I have lived in Uxbridge for 4 years, and have maybe, been at this KFC 10 times. By far, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ask for white meat, they confirm it. Then you get to the pick up window and told that it will be a 6-8 minute wait for white meat....no problems (as long as I get white meat). You wait probably 12-15 minutes and then are told, ooops sorry we have no white meat and it is going to be half dark & half white. This has happened to me at least 5 of the 10 times I've been there. I am very specific in what I ask for at the kiosk. Then when the 17 year old that works there redirects you to the management, they don't care. The same supervisor for the last 2 years is still there, and she lacks customer service skills sorely....i'm sure that she is the one saying, white meat no problem and then directing the high schooler to tell the customer..oops sorry, we made a mistake. If you don't have, can't provide (at a premium) white chicken be upfront about it, the customer will respect that. Don't make them wait on a pretense that they are getting something they are not... AND the supervisor there should stop with the peroxide and change her hair back to the normal colour....doesn't look ggod! |
