For me, service in a restaurant is of utmost importance. Customers return when there is good service. Today, I had a TERRIBLE experience at this restaurant for lunch. We had a specific amount of time for lunch and decided to try Razzy's. Our waitress took our order - 2 Fries with the Works. Easy. No onions on one. Easy. 30 minutes later! I had to ask the waitress when the order was coming. She said, 'they are just putting the gravy on now'... a few minutes later, it comes out..... and there was onions on one. Wow. Back goes the order and then I just said, 'you'll need to pack it up, we need to get back to work'. So, off she goes. We wait another 5 minutes, at the very least for them to do another Fries with the Works HOLD THE ONIONS. AND we still need to pay for them!!! Wow. If this is your mistake, you need to cut the costs. Unreal. There are way tooo many restaurants in the city for a restaurant like this to act like this. No thanks. I'll go to the other ones. This chick won't be returning.

Piazza Joe's was great! We loved the "bread bar" having never seen one before. Service and atmosphere were also great.

Two of my sons and I were in your restaurant on Aug 31/07 at 21:30. That is the time the order was paid. It took 20 minutes to receive our order after that. All we ordered were 1 whopper combo with poutine instead of fries, a triple stacker and a stacker combo. One would think that this would rate as a standard order. The girl waiting on us, Nic, filled two - three orders which she took after ours, and put our food on our tray as it was ready which meant that some of it was cold when we got it all. Poutine cold is not good. She was not friendly the three, one being a manager, working in the kitchen were more interested in telling jokes and standing around talking than actually completing the orders. This is not the first time this has happened. The last three times I have been to your restaurant it has been one thing after another. Usually we enjoy the food but the prevous two times we had a clerk who had absolitley NO PERSONALITY. I think her name was Jill but not sure. She snapped at customers, huffed and looked very annoyed when people were trying to decide what they wanted. There wasn't even lineups or a rush on. On this last visit the resturant was very quiet but was terribly dirty. It was just a rotten visit all around. Sure hope the managers are not supposed to be setting the example in the resturant as they were more worried about social time than customer service. Very disappointed, yet again Kerri Burrows

This is a great little restaurant. Not only does it serve excellent food without a lot of fuss, Rick employs a large number of local school kids and they are friendly, helpful and doing something productive with their vacation! You don't want to miss stopping by at Rick's if you are visiting or passing through St. Peters Bay. Jackson

Best salad bar I've ever seen, and by far the best lobster I've had on this month long trip to lobster country. Cooked perfectly, cracked so as to open easily, not full of water, sweet and tender! Absolutely yummy!!

The bathrooms were dirty. I was scared for my 4 year old to sit on the toilet seat. The waitress mannaged to get 6 out of 8 orders wrong, and seemed quite annoyed when we pointed out. Would never go again.

We had lunch on Wed, Jul 18 on the patio. We both had a lobster roll with potato salad and a glass of wine. It looked extremely good and tasted good. The servers were attentive and gave good service. But, we spent most of that evening, night, and the following day on the toilet because of food poisoning. They need to be more careful, especially with potato salad.

My wife and I ate at Razzy's this past weekend food was great, staff was very nice and friendly. Place was spotless. Just a great experience.

I was out just having fun with my friends on saturday july 7th, at the heritage.... and i couldn't find my friends for a few minutes, so when i finally did, i jumped around and was excited to sit with them. All of a sudden, one of the bouncers grabs me by the neck and chokes me all the way to the door, telling me to get the hell out of HIS bar.... I would've understood if they had asked me to calm down or even to leave, but he gripped me around the neck so hard I couldn't breathe, and just threw me out...... I will say that I was very upset about the way I was treated on July 7th... and if they would have asked me to leave nicely, I would have...... but no.... they choked me all the way out of the bar in front of my friends and embarrassed and harassed me for no reason...... I think the Heritage is a shameful business and I have absolutely NO respect for anyone who works or runs this establishment....... I used to love going there, but not anymore..... your mistreatment of this former customer will NOT be forgotten and I hope that the bouncer who was so agressive with me (bald and kinda fat) will be fired or at the least, talked to so that he may smarten up and do a better job... because I will file a much worse complaint! NOt happy at all with this below average bar..... I was, but never again, I will not forgive how I was treated by certain members of the staff...

I tried to see where to submit this e mail but couldn't under the Tim Horton's web site. I am wondering if I submit it this way if you would be so kind as to forward it to the Murphy Team. There is an employee at the Grafton Street (by the Hillsborough Bridge) shop that I feel really deserves an extra award. Her name is "Winnie" I believe. She is always cheerful, makes me laugh and full of engery. She doesn't know me by name but she knows exactly what I want - Medium black decaf - she makes the order even before I ask and it is done pronto. Even if she sees me outside of work, she will say _ Hi "Medium Black Decaf" I think it is great - she is a true exemplication of customer service and I think she is a wonderful asset to Tim Hortons. Winnie deserves an extra recognition as far as I am concerned.

it was better when the old owners had it kenny minard i think that is how you spell it lol the new owners dont give you big amounts like it was before. there food quielty isnt as good as old owners.

Can you say YUM. If you like mussels or would like to try them this IS the place. So many creative ways to serve mussels (bombay was my favorite). Served wth hand cut fries or a mini baquette for dipping in the flavorful sauces. If mussels aren't your thing try a lobster tempura roll with your choice of flavorered mayos. Every dish cooked fresh to order. You just can't go wrong with this one

Beautiful view quaint setting. Service was fast and friendly. My oysters were excellent. I ordered scallops as an appetizer, and they were done perfectly. The prices were very reasonable. Well worth the visit.

if you can only go to one restaurant while visiting PEI i would say go to this one it is the best food, service, and the friendliest staff i've ever seen. my favourite restaurant by far.

We love visiting PEI several times a year. We recently celebrated our first wedding anniversay in Charlottetown. We went to this restaurant, which was highly recommended to us by some locals. The food was nicely presented, however the overall quality and taste left a big hole in our expectations. The wine was priced about average, but our waiter kept forgetting what we had ordered for food. We ended up waiting 1 hour 20 minutes after finishing our appetizers and getting our main course. Even though we were in no hurry, and expected a leisurely meal, I don't think we'd go back. Althouth I pride myself in being open minded and a "foodie" as well as a wine critic, I did not have a good experience here. Way over priced!

I am a "local", but I am also a "foodie" and love to try local restos when I travel. One of my VERY favorite places to eat in Charlottetown. Very basic decor but the service is friendly, and the food is consistently excellent. Try the Shish Taouk, very acceptable Hummous and Tabouli and Foul Moudammus that is now my new benchmark for this dish.

In the dead of winter the spicy curried dishes warm both the body & soul. Cozy little restaurant, many booths, great service.
