They tend to skimp on the fillings, so be aware and call them on it when you see it happening. A meatball sub should actually have meatballs in it, and you shouldn't have to take several bites off the end before you encounter one. Make sure you have what you paid for before you step foot out the door. Customer service (especially the younger staff) is not their forte. |
