Their customer service is generally good, but they don't go out of their way to fix any problems that arise. The last time we went, we felt "watched" because several of the staff just stood at the end of the aisle and watched us. Less attentive than creepy to be honest. The menu could be a bit broader too, but then again, you really only go there for one specific type of food, and no variety. The Bloomin Onion is an artery clogging delicacy - very yummy. I find the Outback a bit expensive, but overall not a bad place to go. |
