Another server served our food, we didn't have utensils-were told they were really busy and that's why we didn't have utensils (?) -didn't get half of our order, the waitress finally comes back - we ask her for drink refills, and mention about what we didn't receive (didn't get at all) - then she comes back with our bill- without us even getting our desert that was ordered! I have no idea how this girl got her job! Would never ever go back to this Swiss Chalet.... |

Have never eaten "IN" this place, so can't critique that aspect, but the takeout is frustrating to say the least. |
